Authorized Providers Only: Bhumikaa does not operate custom or unverified Aadhaar authentication infrastructure. Identity verification is processed strictly via authorized DigiLocker and Cashfree Secure ID service providers.

Explicit User Consent: In full compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023, identity checks are initiated only after explicit, voluntary user consent is provided.

Data Minimization Policy: Bhumikaa strictly adheres to UIDAI storage regulations. We never store full 12-digit Aadhaar numbers, biometric data, or unmasked UIDAI documents in our databases. We only retain legal UIDAI metadata (verified name, year of birth, gender, state verification), verification status, and timestamp to maintain platform trust.

Property Document Audits: When sellers submit ownership documents (Sale Deeds, Encumbrance Certificates, Property Tax Receipts), Bhumikaa uses automated AI forensics and admin audit desks to verify name matching, property address alignment, and digital tamper detection.

Document Vault Encryption: Uploaded property legal documents are stored in encrypted vaults and are never shared with unauthorized third parties or public search engines.

RERA Registration Validation: Commercial builder listings are cross-verified against official state Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) databases under RERA Act 2016.
