Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription (e.g., Buyer Plus or Seller Plus) at any time. When you cancel, the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

You will retain full access to all paid features until the end of your current active billing period. No further renewals or charges will be processed after cancellation.

One-time listing boosts or featured upgrades are digital advertising services that are initiated automatically or within 24 hours of purchase. Due to the immediate delivery of digital advertising visibility, these purchases cannot be cancelled once the boost has been activated on the live platform.

Subscriptions can be cancelled directly by navigating to your user dashboard under Settings.
